Parking

The City Center Tower, where REM Commercial offices are located, is at the corner of Cleveland Avenue and West Tuscarawas Street in downtown Canton. The parking deck is available for public use, monthly reserved rental and REM Commercial customers. The entrance to the deck is on the North side of the building along West Tuscarawas Street.

REM Commercial business clients - free parking - submit your ticket to the receptionist for validation.

Monthly Reserved - Reserved spaces on the 3rd through 6th floors are $65.00 per month. Spaces on the 2nd floor are $70.00 per month. Heated reserved areas in the lower level rent for $85.00 to $100.00 per month. Reserved parking clients have 24-7 access to the deck with an electronic pass card.

Public Hourly Parking - The first 15 minutes are free, quarter hour increments thereafter are $0.75 with a maximum daily fee of $5.00. The early bird daily rate special is $3.00 with entry before 8:00 AM. Hours of access for public parking are from 6:30AM to 6:00PM Monday through Friday. A fully automated pay station is located in the first floor lobby next to the elevators. Please pay before returning to your vehicle.
