This 35 unit apartment complex compliments the other 182 units already managed by us in the Trumbull County / Mahoning County market. This addition continues to show the confidence that our current owners have in our Property Management services. The new owner also own Vista Gardens Apartments in Girard, Ohio.

Our recent success with Parkview Apartments in Canton, Ohio has lead to another Property Management assignment in Warren, Ohio. The property owners were so impressed with our turn around at Parkview, which started with a 60% occupancy rate and now has over 90% occupancy, that they acquired another distressed property in Warren Ohio. Hidden Village Apartments is rapidly becoming a viable investment property as the occupancy and tenant quality increase.
